Provide all labor, materials and provisions necessary to produce conceptual designs, final design, construction documents, permitting, and construction of a 1,600+ space hybrid post tension concrete parking structure at the Chattanooga Airport Long Term 1 Parking Lots. Design-Build Teams shall submit proposals for a state-of-the-art concrete parking facility. The parking structure shall have design features such as aesthetic finishes that are reflective of the existing parking garage and terminal. The aesthetic features will include spandrels, landscape screening, planters and clearly visible, well lighted stairwells. Consideration shall be given to area lighting, including low-mounted bollard lighting on the top open-air level which will preclude the need for pole lights protruding above the façade of the parking structure. The design shall include utilities such as water and power on each level. The design shall allow for the accommodation of all users and include an allowance for a Parking Revenue Control System.
