Contractor will provide a new (3) three ton heat pump split system at Muss Bertolino baseball concessions. All work shall meet or exceed all local, state, federal, and manufacturer’s codes and guidelines. TS-2 REMOVAL OF EXISTING EQUIPMENT: To properly remove and dispose of existing three 1/2 (3.5) ton outdoor condensing unit, copper line set, supply air and to return ceiling boxes including flex duct. Also, to remove and dispose of any other item(s) associated with this equipment. TS-3 EQUIPMENT: Outdoor condensing unit will need to be installed behind gated area and secured to concrete. Indoor unit will need to be mounted approximately 8’ (eight) above floor located on interior wall. Route manufacturer’s required copper line set for equipment and protect with stainless steel cover on exterior wall. All concrete wall penetrations should have steel thimbles and be sealed. Replace outdoor disconnect box with Square D side arm commercial disconnect including fuses, phase monitor and electrical whip.
