The GSC Master Plan will largely rely on the university’s internally maintained data, including the room inventory and departmental office assignment information used for space utilization analysis, as well as planning-level building condition information, campus infrastructure studies, etc. Base building/room space inventory data, faculty/staff data and room-level analysis of scheduled instructional utilization for instructional spaces (110 general classroom, 211 instructional lab, 212 computer classroom, and 213 distance learning classroom) and will be provided by the system office at project commencement; however, consultants should be prepared to conduct additional analysis in alignment with USG approach and methodology.
