1. The solution shall not require a Commercial Driver License (CDL) to operate. 2. The solution shall be compliant with ADA Accessibility. 3. At least one (1) workstation shall be ADA-compliant, to accommodate wheelchair-using customers. 4. The solution shall have sufficient internal space to accommodate two (2) workstations, and easy and safe customer traffic flow. 5. The solution shall be capable of supporting internet connectivity through multiple providers. 6. The solution shall be able to navigate tight corners for small community events and shall be easily maneuverable through narrow streets. 7. Each workstation is to be hard-wired to the patch panel in the network cabinet. 8. The solution is to be retrofitted for a minimum of two (2) workstations. Each workstation will require space and secure mounting for: a. 2 LED Monitors b. 1 Computer c. 1 Credit Card Reader d. 1 USB Digital Camera e. Backdrop f. 1 USB Thermal Printer g. 1 USB Laser Printer h. 1 USB Document Scanner i. Vision Test Equipment 9. The solution is to have an independent power source to support equipment. 10. The solution is to provide space for informational literature supporting partner organizations. 11. The solution shall have protection from the elements for waiting customers and the service area. 12. The solution exterior base paint is to be white. 13. The offeror shall collaborate with MVA to create a wrap incorporating MVA branding. 14. The offeror shall wrap the exterior with the approved branding. 15. The solution shall incorporate a heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system capable of providing comfortable and effective system-wide climate control.
