A. Fabrication of pump station Pump Control Panels as specified. 1.A.1 Control Panel Drawings are included as Attachments. 1.A.2 Panel Specifications are included as Technical Specification 13430. B. Panels shall be supplied for 240 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 60 Hertz or 480 Volt, 3 Phase, 4 Wire, 60 Hertz pump station applications. On the 480V panels, the control transformer shall be 2KVA- Square D 9070T200001. C. Each panel shall be designed for use with a range of horsepower ratings with a specified maximum horsepower rating up to 5HP, 7.5HP, 10HP, 15HP, 20HP and 25HP for 240-volt motor installations. The same requirements apply for 5HP, 7.5HP, 10HP, 15HP, 20HP, 25HP, 30HP, 47HP, 60HP and 88HP motor installations for 480-volt applications. D. Panels shall be UL 508A Labelled.
