The City Commission is seeking executive search services and support in connection with the recruitment of a City Manager. At a minimum, services to be provided by the search consultant should include: 3.1 Work with members of the City commission to establish a timeline for the recruitment of the City Manager; 3.2 Plan and execute an effective advertising campaign to recruit for the position by using a candidate profile that has been developed by the City and its consultant, and approved by the City Commission; 3.3 Active identification and direct recruitment of qualified and diverse individuals 3.3.1 Consultant will provide City with at least ten qualified candidates for the position 3.4 Assist City Commission with limiting group to five qualified finalists; 3.5 Assist with the final interview process and make recommendations as requested; 3.6 Assist with the development of a compensation package with the successful candidates; 3.7 Respond to all candidates’ inquiries and produce all correspondence throughout the search. 3.8 Assist the City Commission with interview questions. 3.9 Agree to free recruitment if the candidate does not stay for 24 months
