A. Childcare Support Services. These Services should include: a. Childcare navigation assistance, including offering Citizens employees access to real time information on local childcare options from vetted and licensed providers that offer different program choices and flexible scheduling options (e.g. full-time or part-time daycare, evening/night care, tutoring/learning centers, special education, babysitting/nanny, before and after-school care, seasonal camps, emergency care). b. A dedicated team, accessible by phone, internet, and/or a mobile application, to assist in the application, enrollment, and/or payment processes for childcare. c. Direct payment options and payment processes for employees to pay childcare providers. d. A variety of digital platform content and/or topics related to childcare navigation and support. Examples of content and/or topics of interest include, but are not limited to, choosing a child’s health care provider, navigating a recent diagnosis, child growth and development, school preparedness, and Florida’s Head Start and Early Head Start programs. Note: With regard to 2024 usage volume of Childcare Support Services specifically, there were one hundred ten (110) Citizens employees actively utilizing the services throughout the year.
