The Contractor is responsible for: a) Employing Case Managers and Health Promoters directly as staff of the Contractor. b) Providing day-to-day support and reimbursement for salary, benefits (if applicable), mileage, and expenses of project staff employed by Contractor. c) Securing or assisting in securing workspace for Health Promoters and Case Managers, as requested by the program. d) Maintaining time and attendance records that justify staff salaries charged to the program. e) Providing resources to Health Promoters and Case Managers to enhance community-based services and supports that promote community well-being. f) Conducting Health Promoter and Case Manager performance evaluations jointly with KSFHP. g) Building mutually beneficial relationships for KSFHP and the Contractor by partnering with local leaders, communities, and organizations to support migratory and seasonal farm workers. h) Establishing and maintaining accounting records that meet the requirements of generally accepted accounting principles. i) Submitting to KDHE Certified Expenditure Affidavits, semi-annually...
