Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, and all other ancillary costs necessary to provide engineering appraisal, testing, maintenance, repairs, replacement, and emergency services for all equipment included in this scope of work. Details of service not explicitly stated in these specifications, but necessarily attendant thereto, is deemed to be understood by the Contractor as included herein. The State has attempted to identify the major units of electrical distribution equipment which require engineering appraisal, testing, maintenance and/or repairs/replacements. The equipment is located at the Campus High Yard. Contractor’s work shall be performed in accordance with equipment manufacturer recommendations, applicable codes, rules, and regulations, the latest edition of NETA MTS, the latest edition of the Maintenance Engineering Handbook, historical data, and/or as deemed necessary by OGS.
