April through October (weekly) Contractor shall perform the following weekly services: Mow all turf areas at a cutting height that is appropriate to turf specifies. Any grass clippings or leaves must be mulched up or hauled away. Weed-eat around structures and obstacles as needed. Edge all curbs and walkways. Trim all shrubbery as needed to maintain shape and neat appearance. Trim all ivy and other ground covers to keep neat. Prune any low hanging limbs to keep neat and safe. Remove all debris including trash, leaves, paper, bottles, cans, and rubbish. The Contractor shall provide a cut that is clean and sharp with uniform distribution of cuttings at all times for areas mowed. Any areas determined to be unsatisfactory by the County shall be re-mowed at no additional cost to the County.
