The intent of the RFP is to allow the municipality to acquire a modern, cost effective, and selfsupported SCADA system. o The complete system up to the HMI shall be self-configuring after the Monitor / RTU has been configured in the field. o The system suppler shall create a VTSCADA lift station template based on approval of the owner. The owner must have access to every detail of the template. o Adding new sites to the SCADA system shall be a cut, copy, paste function in VTSCADA. o The system suppler shall train the owner on this VTSCADA functionality. o The supplier must be a VTScada Advanced Certified Partner as listed at Find a Local Integrator (vtscada.com) from VTScada’s Official Website. System startup shall be performed by a direct employee of the system supplier.
