The Pitt Community College Foundation is seeking an advertising/media agency to serve as our agency of record for media and web purchasing and placement as well as creative development of TV and radio commercials. The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to develop a direct relationship with an agency that can assist the Foundation in consolidating its media marketing and purchasing efforts and help extend our brand to various target audiences. The target audience will include potential donors, parents, alumni, civic and business leaders, businesses and industries. The intent of the advertising and marketing efforts is to create awareness of the successes of the PCC Foundation. The resulting action would be the attraction of additional donors and partners in helping to support Pitt Community College students and the college. The goal is to have the PCC Foundation’s brand be marketed on a consistent basis to continue to build awareness of the PCC Foundation throughout the region. The Foundation prefers that Vendors be located in North Carolina in order to service our needs most efficiently. The Foundation is working to limit media advertising and marketing to its two main events each year. Budget constraints have severely limited the Foundation’s ability to initiate or sustain a major advertising campaign and that situation is likely to continue for the immediate future. We would like to continue to take advantage of radio, TV, and digital opportunities that fit within our budget. The Foundation’s current focus is to encourage existing and new donors to attend the two fundraising events that are produced each year. In addition, the Foundation is working to conclude a major campaign that has been conducted for the last three years, with two more years to complete. Continuing to build donor support and completing the five-year capital campaign is the focus for the next two years of the Foundation.
