1. SCOPE: 1.1 The work under this specification consists of furnishing the labor, supplies, and services necessary for furnishing and delivering of Traffic Paint for the Camden County Department of Public Works as hereinafter specified. 2. GENERAL: 2.1 The supplies shall be new, free of defects, and comply with all applicable local and state laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. 2.2 The term of this contract is for one (1) year, starting on June 1, 2025. The County will be purchasing traffic paint during the term of the contract on an as-needed basis for the unit costs submitted with the bid. The unit pricing submitted with the bid shall remain firm for the term of the contract. All purchase orders submitted to the vendor during the term of the contract shall be fulfilled at the prices submitted. 2.3 Provide copies of the MSDS for each product at time of delivery. 2.4 This bid is for the delivery of paint only. The traffic paint will be applied by the County. 2.5 Quantities: 2.6.1 All supplies and equipment shall be delivered directly to the Camden County Department of Public Works as directed in such quantities and at such times as is authorized by the County purchase order. 2.6.2 The quantities listed are approximate only. Camden County reserves the right to reduce and/or add to the quantities listed. No minimum or maximum quantities for each item shall apply pursuant to NJAC 5:30-11.10. 3. TRAFFIC PAINT: 3.1 Traffic Paint shall conform to the following: 3.1.1 Total solids: 77% approx. per ASTM D2369 3.1.2 Pigment: yellow-57% approx., white 59% approx., per ASTM D3723 3.1.3 Weight: 13.7 lbs. per gallon, per ASTM 1475
