A. Conduct a Site Logistics Study B. Participate in an alternate construction process to determine the benefits of using post tension or other methods of tank construction in lieu of cast in place reinforced concrete. C. Prepare construction delivery, staging, and site utilization plan D. Identify critical environmental, grading, and other issues that require management control E. Identify and define the site and utility construction plan and sequencing F. Identify design concerns, evaluate construction sequencing and methods of construction G. Identify work intended to be self-performed and that completed by subcontractors. H. Provide Cost Estimates and Project Schedules at 45% and 60% design milestones. Reconcile cost differences from Engineer's Estimate. The schedule shall be a Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule form indicating methods and sequencing of procurement, permitting, construction, and closeout of the project.
