Security Officer Responsibilities: • Provide de-escalation of customer situations, escort individuals outside if requested by management. • Control parking lot as well as incoming/outgoing traffic by directing drivers. • Walk the premises to ensure the drive thru area is flowing, certain locations. • Provide crowd control at customer check-in. • Assist with adding customers into the lobby management system, when needed. • Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of visitors, and other persons to maintain flow of customers. • Circulate among visitors, patrons, and employees to preserve order and protect property. • Always be alert and aware of your surroundings & pay attention to unusual circumstances. Communicate with management as needed.
