Install extended handoff via current route and LCON guidance. Install extended handoff to Communication Room on 1st floor, Room #145, refer to attached site map (DSHS4043_Seattle-SCTF.pdf). Demarc/Vendor NID/Ethernet switch to be located no further than 10 feet from DSHS router in the same room as the current circuit. Install extended handoff to DSHS LAN room 119, refer to attached site map (DSHS1002_Colfax- floor plan.pdf). Demarc/Vendor NID/Ethernet switch to be located no further than 10 feet from DSHS router in the same room as the current circuit. Customer requests circuit duplex setting should be set to "auto negotiate". Install extended handoff to LAN room colored blue and noted as "Server Room"on the attached floor map (DSHS3004_Floor map.pdf). Demarc/Vendor NID/Ethernet switch to be located no further than 10 feet from DSHS router in the same room as the current circuit. Customer requests circuit duplex setting should be set to "auto negotiate".
