The College is releasing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) with the intent to receive bids from qualified companies to provide Commercial Kitchen Equipment Maintenance Services. The requested services include, but is not limited to, the repair, maintenance and services of existing and future commercial kitchen equipment at the specified College campus(es) and/or center(s) as specified herein. This includes, but is not limited to, cooking equipment, microwaves, and refrigeration units. The scope of requirement includes, but is not limited to, the following: • Service or repair of existing equipment at an hourly labor rate. • Development and implementation of a comprehensive preventive maintenance schedule for both existing and future refrigeration and cooking equipment, whether currently under warranty or purchased by the College.
