Miami-Dade County, hereinafter referred to as the County, as represented by the Miami-Dade Fire Rescue (MDFR) Department, is soliciting proposals for consulting services to complete the annual State of Florida cost reimbursement forms for Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Medicaid Fee for Service (FFS) supplemental payment program and to continue the Intergovernmental Transfer program for Managed Care patients. In addition, MDFR is requesting assistance for any additional information requested for the completed Medicare Ground Ambulance Data Collection System used by the United States Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) or any other Medicare cost report to collect information on cost, utilization, revenue, and other service characteristics.
