1. Contractor security personnel must possess skills to observe and identify situations within their assigned area that could lead to potentially critical results, and if necessary, take direction from the Cal Expo Chief of Police, Police Officers, and lead Cal Expo Security Officers. 2. Contractor to provide all required equipment for security personnel, at no charge to Cal Expo, which includes: flashlights, radios, and uniforms. 3. Contractor personnel will wear professional matching uniforms clearly marked “Security” and the name of the company. 4. Contractor personnel must have Bureau of Security & Investigative Services (BSIS) cards. 5. Contractor will provide security personnel from 5 to 100 guards depending on the venue needs as determined by the Cal Expo Chief of Police.
