1. Owner has three points of delivery. All prices should reflect delivery to any or all of the following locations: a. Pawleys Island WWTP, 456 Clearwater Drive, Pawleys Island, SC, tomk@gcwsd.com. b. Murrells Inlet WWTP, 1440 Pond Road, Murrells Inlet, SC, tomk@gcwsd.com. c. Waccamaw Neck WTP, 1975 Sandy Island Road, Pawleys Island, SC, paulm@gcwsd.com. 2. Prior to delivery to any of the Wastewater or Water Treatment Plants, a copy of the driver’s license of the person making the delivery MUST BE EMAILED to the addresses listed above. 3. It must be understood that every effort will be made to allow the successful bidder(s) to deliver in as large quantities as possible. However, where storage capacities are limited, it may be necessary to reduce order quantities. 4. Waccamaw Neck WTP has two bulk sodium hydroxide tanks, 10,000 gallons each; two ferric chloride bulk tanks, 10,000 and 15,000 gallons; one polyphosphate tank, 1,000 gallons and one ammonia tank, 1000 gallons. 5. Pawleys Island WWTP has a 1,000 gallon sodium hydroxide tank for the scrubber. 6. Air is not supplied for trucks. 7. There is not a fork lift available to unload deliveries, so the trucks must have a lift gate. 8. Trucks must have a hoist arrangement to unload containers and/or cylinders safely into the loading dock. 9. Trucks must have a hoist arrangement to load containers and/or cylinders safely back onto the truck. 10.Owner requires delivery to be made utilizing vehicles and equipment necessary to ensure the safe delivery of product to specified destination.
