The awarded vendor shall: • Provide all equipment as specified in Section 5: Technical Specifications. • Deliver and install the equipment in the designated ECCF fitness area. • Coordinate delivery and installation with ECCF staff. • Supply and install commercial-grade rubber flooring, including full wall-to-wall coverage and appropriate subfloor preparation. • Ensure equipment functionality upon installation. • Provide warranty documentation and product manuals for all equipment. • Remove and dispose of any old or decommissioned equipment as directed by ECCF. • Clean and prepare the area for final inspection upon completion of installation. • Be responsible for all removal of packaging, debris, and cleanup post-installation.
