It is anticipated that the chosen contractor(s) shall be given various tasks before and following a major storm event related to but not limited to the following: restore functionality to critical structures, plugging and breaching levees, debris removal inclusive of windrowing and hauling, debris clearance and grubbing operations, installing various flood protection measures, damage assessment, etc. The emergency operations are anticipated to be performed at any of the TLCD’s floodgate structures, earthen levees, water control structures, and operation center. Proposals received prior to the time of the scheduled proposal opening will be securely kept unopened. No proposal received after the scheduled time for opening will be considered.
