Select demolition, and new construction related to the replacement of all existing single-ply roofing membrane, all existing related coverboard, all existing tapered insulation, roof-side of all parapet walls, all related copings, replacement of all roof drains, and related flashings, accessories and specialties. Work includes examination of all metal decking with a presumed percentage of metal decking replacement, patching where required of any existing concrete roof deck, examination of all parapet insulation with replacement of any degraded insulation, EIFS System cutting and patching as required to replace perimeter flashings, removal and reinstallation of metal wall panel as required to replace roofing terminations and flashings, and replacement of the fasteners on single slope sections of standing seam metal roof as required to replace roofing terminations and flashings.
