Site setup: Protect all furniture, flooring, and office equipment using durable plastic sheeting and drop cloths. Surface Preparation: ○ Repair cracks, holes, and imperfections using appropriate fillers. ○ Sand surfaces to create a smooth, even finish. ○ A high-quality primer that is suitable and necessary for adhesion and uniformity. Painting Services on all walls, wall trim, painted base molding, door trim and interior window frames: ○ Apply two coats of low-VOC premium-grade paint in the existing color(s). ○ Ensure even coverage and a professionalgrade finish. Clean up: Complete debris removal and complete cleanup to return the space to a clean, workable condition. Tools may be stored overnight but removed and taken off-site if the work lasts longer than 1 weekend.
