The Commercial Corridor Storefront Activation program will identify community and economic development organizations, such as chambers of commerce, community development corporations, and other not-for-profit organizations (i.e., 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(6)), that will be responsible for identifying a range of vacant storefronts in a commercial corridor, identifying a range of potential existing small businesses to receive grants, communicating and connecting with building owners, gathering data, and helping to identify entrepreneurs and assisting in connecting them with appropriate commercial spaces. The Selected Respondent should have a plan for outreach to these small businesses and commercial property owners to connect them with the Program Administrator/DPD
