1. The proposal shall be formatted as an invoice which includes the quantity proposed to complete and a grand total cost reflecting the total amount of the bid. The included sample is encouraged to be used for submission. 2. The proposal shall provide a guarantee that the Colville artist is able to gift the needed quantity of genuine eagle feathers that are proposed to be beaded or specify that the artist would need the feathers supplied by the Tribes and that is to be reflected in the quote submitted. 3. Eagle feathers used should be between 4-8” in length, not including the quill end. 4. The proposal shall include a guaranteed delivery date of finished projects. 5. The proposal shall include means to identify bidder as a Colville Tribal member. 6. The proposal shall include example(s): pictures or physically present (will be returned) showcasing one’s ability to peyote stitch and attach strong ties, etc. 7. The artist must plan to use beads no larger than size 11 with designs in coordinating colors.
