Provide horseback riding on the beach guided tours at Frederick Douglass Park and other County Designated Locations. Provide 75-minute or less guided horseback rides from Frederick Douglass Park one mile north back abiding by existing rules and regulations. Rides cannot go south of Frederick Douglass Park unless specified by the County. Beach is open from 8am to 5pm for this activity. Also provide guided horseback rides at Blue-field Ranch Preserve and any other equestrian-friendly park and/or preserve as designated by the County. Describe any other services that might be offered in conjunction with the horseback ride. Ex: meals, en-tertainment. Horses must be trained and in good health. Vendor must abide by all applicable County or-dinances, such as No. 82-10, County Resolution No. 11-056, state regulations and observe restrictions relative to turtle nesting as set out in the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, Section 6.04.02.D.
