Dredging operations for Spring Creek, from Eau Gallie Boulevard to the Eau Gallie River as noted in the plans. Work includes permitting, establishing dredging area along the City’s Apollo Boulevard right of way located at 1501 Eau Gallie Boulevard, establishment, operation and maintenance of the hydraulic route along the Eau Gallie River to decanting area, clearing and grubbing as noted in the plans, temporary driveway construction, milling and resurfacing, landscape removal and installation, erosion control, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, striping and signage as necessary to restore the right of along the Apollo Boulevard right of way. The work includes furnishing all material, labor, and equipment necessary for constructing Spring Creek Maintenance Dredging project. All work is to be done in accordance to the plans and specifications of Project No. 18420. This project is funded through FDEP funds.
