1. Contractor agrees to provide janitorial services two (2) days per week at the California Highway Patrol (CHP) Fort Bragg Resident Post. Contractor agrees to provide all transportation, personnel, labor, equipment (including, but not limited to brooms, buffers, and mops), operating expenses, annual inflation cost/rate adjustments, profit margin, and all other equipment required to perform all work as described in this Agreement. CHP will supply all cleaning supplies, such as but not limited to, cleaning/chemical agents, all paper products, trash liners, consumables, etc. Contractor will provide CHP a list of these items as needed for replacement. A. Contractor shall possess and maintain a valid business license throughout the term of the agreement. B. Contractor must perform seventy-five percent (75%) of the work as described in the Scope of Work. Contractor shall not subcontract more than 25% of the work to be performed.
