The identified site is defined by the existing roadways of N US 17, County Home Road, Eslinger Way, and Senator Lane, this area is ready for development with minor demolition services required. The PROJECT includes, but not limited to; building design support, site development costs, construction, construction administration, furniture, fixtures, equipment, professional fees, soft costs, appropriately sized parking lots, site lighting, landscaping, signage, security measures, value engineering, and all turnkey building costs.
