PROPOSAL: PART A – SCOPE The City of Muscatine, hereinafter called the “Jurisdiction,” has need of a qualified contractor to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement. The undersigned Bidder hereby proposes to complete the work comprising the below referenced improvement as specified in the contract documents, which are officially on file with the City of Muscatine Finance Director, at the prices hereinafter provided in Part C of the Proposal, for the following described improvements: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Houser Street Lift Station Mechanical Upgrade Project Replacement of pumps, pipe, fittings, and valves at a sanitary sewer lift station; related electrical and mechanical work; bypass pumping, concrete demolition, and incidental related work.
