3.1 The successful contractor shall only use trained and licensed technicians to perform work required under this solicitation. 3.2 The Contractor shall supply electronic 24-hour monitoring of all schools and remote buildings that have Fire Alarm and Security Monitoring equipment. 3.3 Monitoring Firm shall have an Underwriters Laboratory Rating and the ability to report calls immediately to proper services such as local Fire Departments and Sheriffs Department if requested and Warren County Public Schools, Facilities Management Office. 3.4 Contractor shall submit a monthly activities report, per location, detailing all incidents for that month to the Facilities Management Office at 622 North Commerce Avenue, Front Royal, Virginia 22630 3.5 Additional services and or locations shall not be considered unless approved in writing by the Owner.
