The Contractor shall provide a formal estimate for all work to be performed such as, but not limited to, component repair and replacement, diagnosis and troubleshooting and preventive maintenance related repair. All estimates shall be formal, reviewed and approved by the County prior to the start of any work. An approved purchase order, or work order issued by the County, is required prior to commencement of any repair work. Any work done without an approved PO/work order is done at the risk of the contractor. Refer to Work Order section of this bid.
