2.1.1 The contractor shall provide the items on an as needed when needed basis as ordered by the institutions. The items provided under the contract shall conform to all mandatory specifications, terms, conditions and requirements as stated herein. Items not conforming to the requirements stated herein, including approved substitutions shall not be accepted. 2.1.2 Specifications including brand, size and packaging are listed on EXHIBIT B, Pricing Page. 2.1.3 The item must not contain ethyl alcohol and/or isopropyl alcohol as an ingredient. 2.1.4 The bottle must be plastic and allow for squeeze dispensing. No glass or metal on the container is accepted. 2.1.5 All items offered must be of retail quality. Outdated or short dated products will not be accepted.
