Specifications include, but are not limited to: Phase I-D: Preliminary Design a. Description: The Phase I-D design services required include, but are not limited to the following: Coordination and Design Partnering; SUE Quality Level B – Designation – Utility Coordination with NMDOT Utility Section (if required – site specific based on the CCAR); Preliminary Culvert Design Plans; Conduct a Preliminary Design and Constructability Review; Preliminary Property Ownership Layout Maps (if applicable – site specific based on the CCAR); Context Sensitive Design Activities and Documentation; Preliminary engineering estimate; Preliminary Geotechnical and Foundation Study Report (if required – site specific based on the CCAR); Soils Analysis and Report for scour analysis – site specific based on the CCAR; Determination of right-of-way and mapping (if required – site specific based on the CCAR); Quality Control Plan. Engineer shall provide Preliminary (30% completion) plans for the phased projects. The design plans shall include, but are not limited to, the following: General Sheets o Title Sheet o Vicinity Map o Project Layout Sheet o Index of Sheets o Summary of Quantities o General Notes
