1. Meet with SAWS engineering staff as required to coordinate the engineering design and schedule of tasks of each identified work order. 2. Provide a proposal for each work order requested by SAWS within five (5) working days of request. If the project is considered urgent then provide the proposal within 24 hours of the request. 3. Coordinate the design of the SAWS project work closely with various local, state, and federal agencies and their consultants as required to successfully complete the design of the requested project. 4. Identify potential conflicts of proposed SAWS infrastructure with each outside agency’s existing and proposed infrastructure. 5. Conduct a site visit, or multiple visits as required, to each project location and become familiar with the project and surrounding area. 6. Provide necessary field survey services to determine the existing field conditions including all utilities and relevant surface features. 7. Prepare detailed design plans, cost estimates and specifications for the use in the bidding (if applicable) and construction of the project.
