The City of Fairhope is requesting responses from qualified contractors to provide all material, equipment, labor and incidentals to conduct Resurfacing, Restoration, and Rehabilitation (RRR), striping, marking, and limited leveling/base repair improvements for City of Fairhope roadway segments and/or parking surfaces contained in the bid specifications. It is expected that the winning bidder can complete this project within ninety (90) calendar days, no exceptions for holidays, following a fifteen (15) day Notice to Proceed period.
