This engagement include; Training in Agile Methodologies for a broad group of staff (individual contributors and leaders, up to 60 participants) Workshops for project leads who lead projects (up to 15 participants) Evaluations of current practices (up to 8 teams) Recommendations for the appropriate Agile practices or methodologies to be used, and/or Coaching of leaders to effectively facilitate meetings We expect the engagement to be completed within 4 months. It would involve working with up to 60 individual contributors on 6 - 8 project teams and up to 15 leaders at varying levels. This engagement would be in person the location could be either One Ashburton Place, Boston, MA or 200 Arlington St, Chelsea, MA. EOTSS reserves the right to contract with the selected Bidder for additional, related work upon completion of the initial engagement.
