1. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, prevailing wages, insurance, and personnel to: provide the DSH with Fire Alarm Maintenance and Repair Services. 2. Please carefully review and consider the minimum qualifications, and the detailed Scope of Work located in Attachment 18, Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Scope of Work, in order to complete your bid. 3. Contractor shall provide DSH with fire alarm testing, inspection, and repair services. This is a full-service contract developed to ensure that the Contractor is responsible for all services necessary to maintain operational integrity of the facility fire protection fire alarm system per local, state, federal and industry standards to include but not limited to, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), California Health and Safety Code, California Code of Regulations (CCR), Office of the State Fire Marshal (OSFM), and the California/International Code Building standards. Compliance shall be monitored and regulated by the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ), its liaisons and/or contract manager(s). 4. The DSH-N fire protection system fire alarm(s) consist of a physically networked and locally monitored components with redundant cellular transmitter(s) to a third-party contracted monitoring service. At DSH-Napa, local fire alarm monitoring is provided by the hospital police department dispatch center via a notification panel with visual and audible alarms as well as phone and email notification from the contracted third-party monitoring service. Facility wide there are approximately 5,000 devices throughout multiple buildings, to include but not limited to, audible/visual warning devices, keyed and non-keyed pull stations, smoke alarms, heat detectors, relays, door releases, power supplies, batteries, notification interfaces/consoles and network devices. i. DSH-N fire protection system - fire alarm system includes the following equipment brands: 1. Honeywell Notifier/Onyx (majority of equipment) 2. Silent Knight (minimal amount of equipment) 3. SSP/Firetrol (fire pump controllers only)
