A. Contractor shall provide microfiber towels, unless otherwise directed by the Project Manager or designated State Representative. Towels shall be without holes, rips, or tears. B. Contractor shall provide coveralls, dust mops, dust mop handle and frame, towel bar mops, and floor mats as directed by the Project Manager or designated State Representative and referenced in Exhibit B, Attachment 1. C. All items furnished must be equal to or greater than industry standards and be of material, color, size, and construction approved of by the Project Manager or designated State Representative. D. All items must in good condition. Good condition means items shall be free of rips or tears and not worn beyond normal conditions. Items found not to be in good condition shall not be charged to the District and must be replaced by Contractor at Contractor’s expense. E. Contractor shall provide laundry bags and any other collection devices as needed. F. Contractor shall pick up soiled towels from designated areas and replace with clean sanitized items...
