The State University Construction Fund is seeking statements of qualifications from firms to provide Construction Manager (CM) Agency � Services for the Rehabilitate Staller Center Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing Systems � Music Wing project at the State University of New York at Stony Brook. This Project is for the rehabilitation of the existing Staller Music wing, a 250,000 GSF building, constructed in 1975. The Music Wing includes large rehearsal rooms, music practice rooms, a 5,000 SF art gallery, art studies, classrooms, storage rooms and faculty offices. The Project will replace all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems, windows, structural work, interior finishes, and the removal of hazardous materials. Submissions should emphasize the firm's significant past experience in providing construction phase CM services for public institutions and institutional clients in a complete and expeditious manner Construction duration from the Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion of the construction contract is approximately thirty-nine (39) months (thirty-six (36) month construction duration plus three (3) month closeout period) The current estimated construction budget is approximately $89,174,000.
