3.1. General Information The City of Clermont, Florida, is soliciting bids for the purchase of two (2) well pump electric motors. These motors will be used for the operation of municipal water wells that provide essential water supply services to the residents of Clermont. The purchased electric motors must meet the city's operational standards and technical specifications outlined in this document to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compatibility with existing infrastructure. The successful respondent must provide all labor, transportation, delivery, and unloading of all equipment in addition to all manufacturer warranties. Installation of the motors is not part of this solicitation. Delivery must be made to 3335 Hancock Road, Clermont, FL 34711, Attn: Edward Rashinskas. Delivery must be made Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. All deliveries must be F.O.B. Destination, Public Services Department, 3335 Hancock Road, Clermont, FL. All shipping, handling, and delivery charges must be included in the Total Price. 3.2.
