1. Plant Containers must conform to Nursery Standard. 2. Plants must be healthy and vigorously growing in the container. 3. Plants grown in 3 gallon containers must measure a minimum of 15-18 inches from top of container to top of plant. 4. Plants grown in 1 gallon containers must measure a minimum of 8-12 inches from top of container to top of plant. 5. A Balled and Burlaped (B&B) plant must have a firm and uniform root system. 6. Perennials must be growing in at least a one gallon size container and have an established root system. 7. Annuals must be growing in a 48 cell flat or equivalent. 8. Annuals must have an established root system and be in bloom when picked up. 9. Mulch shall be in 2 cy bags. 10. Plants should be ready for pickup by May 19, 2025 11. 5 dates and times between May 19, 2025 and May 24, 2025 shall be determined by Monroe County and Vendor for MC In Bloom Groups to pick up plants. 12. The County shall supply a copy of each groups’ Order Form prior to pick up date. 13. Vendor is responsible for keeping the plants in good growing condition throughout the planting season.
