Scope of Services: The successful proposer shall provide the following services if needed. 2.2.1 Perform geotechnical investigation and/or evaluation of impacts to City facilities, infrastructure, potential City facilities during the due diligence phase of property acquisition, and other facilities as requested. The report will include a detailed soils/site investigation including a summarization of findings, borings/test pits locations, soil classifications, stratification, recommended soil bearing capacity, construction recommendation regarding excavation, cut and fill, and a foundation, pavement, and slab design recommendations. The report will be signed and sealed by a State of Georgia Professional Engineer.
