Cost effectiveness, provide pricing that balances affordability with high quality services that include proposed cost saving measures. Maintenance and support plans that provide consultation, in-service training and support to SNSVH staff and residents at no additional costs including necessary equipment maintenance and technical support for storage and dispensing systems Contractor shall maintain and provide SNSVH with copies of all permits, licenses, and certifications. Contractors, at the request of NDVS or SNSVH, shall provide proof that all service providers are properly trained with any and all certifications up to date.
