1. The property is being offered for development "as is". Proposals are evaluated on the proposed development and amount of investment. Development is to occur as permitted by the Butte-Silver Bow Zoning Ordinance in effect at the time a development agreement is finalized. It is the responsibility of the applicant to familiarize himself/herself with all provisions of the Butte-Silver Bow Zoning Ordinance that apply to the development of this property. 2. The development should be consistent with zoning requirements, i.e. building heights, setbacks, landscaping requirements, and integration with surrounding neighborhood. 3.
