Frequency: Three (3) Days per week. Monday, Wednesday & Friday except for holidays. Daily: 1. Empty trash, recyclables, and contents of smoking urns. This includes sidewalk and patio receptacles: Pickup and disposal of in the dumpster - containers are provided. 2. Restrooms: Clean and sanitize all fixtures, mirrors, chrome, and spot-clean wall panels. Replace paper products and soap. Stock additional paper products. 3. Vacuum and spot clean (as needed) carpet and floor mats. 4. Remove debris, machine scrub, rinse, and vacuum tile floors. Wet-mop linoleum floors. 5. Sanitize telephones. 6. Dust, wet, and clean all cleared horizontal surfaces, counters, all tabletops, chairs, and kitchen appliances. 7. Spot and edge clean interior/exterior doors, and glass panels, and remove cobwebs. 8. Security check all doors, and turn off lights, fans, coffee pots, etc. 9. Sweep, and remove debris, gum, and surface spills on sidewalks and patios. Monthly (Once per Month): 1. Clean all vertical surfaces including desks, door facings, cabinet doors, bookcases, and file cabinets. Scrub and sanitize the water fountain and restroom stall panels/walls. 2. High/Low Dusting cobwebs, blinds, picture frames, window/door frames, chair bases, and HVAC vents/returns 3. Bonnet clean all carpeted traffic areas and other designated areas as identified by the City. 4. Clean interior glass/frames, doors, kickplates, and light switches. 5. Wet wipe baseboards. Quarterly (Once per Quarter): 1. Clean all exterior glass and frames. 2. Vacuum HVAC vents/returns and upholstered furniture. 3. Wet wipe leather and vinyl furniture. 4. Shampoo and extract all carpeting. 5. Pressure wash sidewalks, patio areas, and patio furniture 6. Replace all burned-out light bulbs.
