The work to be performed under Contract No. T500.827, which is expected to be awarded at the June 2025 Commission Meeting, will consist of the construction of a new CVI Building, Static Truck Scale, and other site improvements at the Former 11N Service Area. The estimated construction cost for Contract No. T500.827 is approximately $9,000,000.00 with an estimated duration for construction of twenty-one (21) months, including contract closeout. The Authority will utilize a Secure File Sharing site (“Kiteworks”) to share with and receive information from the Qualified Firms. Access to Kiteworks will be provided to the Qualified Firms via e-mail. Reference materials (preliminary plans, studies, reports, etc.) for this RFEOI will be made available for review in the “Reference Materials” folder.
