7.1 Scope of Services to be Performed The required services to be provided are cosmetology services for residents of Richmond State Supported Living Center (RSSLC) Licensed cosmetologist to provide quality haircuts to 318 residents on campus. a) Awarded vendor must be able to provide haircuts and haircare services for women. Services shall include, at minimum: a. Hair Cut and Bang Trim b) Awarded vendor must be able to provide cosmetology services on campus monthly. If services are required more than once a month, the agency and contractor shall agree on a mutually beneficial time. c) Awarded vendor must complete background check by way of fingerprint and provide a current Texas Drivers License or Identification Card. d) Awarded vendor must be able to attend new hire orientation. e) Awarded vendor must be able to provide the following deliverables: Completion of Consultant Log at each visit.
