1. The Contractor shall perform quarterly inspections to the fire sprinkler system in March, June and September of each year. 2. The Contractor shall certify that all systems inspected and tested quarterly to meet all of the applicable requirements of CCR Title 19 and NFPA 13, 14 and 25. 3. The Contractor shall perform the annual inspection to the fire sprinkler system in December of each year. 4. The Contractor shall certify that all systems inspected and tested annually meet all of the applicable requirements of CCR Title 19 and NFPA 13, 14 and 25. 5. The Contractor shall perform the five (5) year inspection to the fire sprinkler system in the year 2026 on a mutually agreed upon time between the Contract Manager and Contractor. 6. The Contractor shall certify that all systems inspected during the five (5) year test meet all of the applicable requirements of CCR Title 19 and NFPA 13, 14 and 25.
